2. What LogoPack Does
LogoPack is a professional logo reconstruction and asset-preparation service. We take an existing logo or logo concept supplied by the customer and recreate, clean up and prepare it as a professional set of usable logo assets.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, LogoPack is not a logo-design, naming, brand-strategy or full visual-identity service. The purpose is to professionally reconstruct and prepare an existing design rather than create a new logo concept.
Depending on the source artwork and package, work may include manual vector reconstruction, geometry and curve cleanup, spacing refinement, typography reconstruction or matching where reasonably possible, color preparation, appropriate logo variants, master/vector files, digital and print assets, production-oriented artwork and a Logo Reference Guide.
3. Human Reconstruction
LogoPack projects are manually reviewed and reconstructed by a designer. We do not sell one-click automated tracing as the finished service. Software and technical tools may be used as part of a professional workflow, but final deliverables are prepared and quality-checked by a human designer.
4. Upload and Complexity Assessment
You begin by uploading an image or file showing the logo you want reconstructed. The website may assess the apparent complexity and assign or recommend a pricing category.
Automated or preliminary complexity classification is an estimate. If professional review shows that the artwork materially differs from what was visible or reasonably assessable at checkout, we may contact you before beginning work to explain any required change in scope or price. We will not silently increase the agreed project price.
If we cannot reasonably perform the requested reconstruction, we may decline the project and refund amounts paid for work that has not been performed.
5. Packages and Scope
Package pricing is primarily based on the complexity and professional work required to reconstruct the supplied logo. The package category reflects the amount and difficulty of reconstruction work.
Only logo variants that already exist in the supplied identity or can reasonably be derived without materially redesigning the logo are included. Creating a new icon, lockup, alternate composition, illustration, lettering system or other new design may require a separate quote.
6. Deliverables
The exact deliverables are those shown on the website and/or order confirmation at the time of purchase. Depending on the project, a LogoPack may include master/vector artwork (such as SVG, EPS and/or PDF), digital RGB assets, transparent PNGs, print-oriented artwork, appropriate black/white/reversed versions, production-oriented vector artwork and a Logo Reference Guide.
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or other native source formats are included only where stated in the purchased package or order confirmation.
7. Embroidery and Specialist Production
Where LogoPack supplies “Embroidery Vector Artwork”, this means clean vector artwork prepared for an embroidery supplier. It does not mean machine-ready embroidery digitizing (for example DST or another machine-specific stitch file) unless expressly purchased separately. Specialist suppliers may impose their own technical requirements.
8. Delivery Times
Standard delivery is targeted within the timeframe displayed at checkout, currently generally 2–4 business days after successful payment and receipt of all information/files reasonably required to start.
Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Customer delays in answering questions, providing files or approving necessary clarifications may extend delivery. Delivery dates are targets unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed deadline in writing.
9. Express Delivery
Where offered, Express Delivery prioritizes the project for the accelerated timeframe displayed at checkout, typically next-business-day delivery where feasible. The applicable surcharge is shown before purchase.
If we determine before beginning that the requested Express timeframe cannot reasonably be met, we may refund the Express surcharge or offer an alternative arrangement.
10. Revisions and Accuracy
The purpose of reconstruction is to faithfully reproduce and professionally prepare the supplied/approved logo, not to redesign it. Reasonable corrections required to make the reconstruction accurately match the approved original are included.
Requests that change the original design direction, wording, symbol, composition, typography choice, color concept or other creative decisions are outside reconstruction scope unless expressly included and may require a separate quote.
Minor visual differences can occur when reconstructing low-resolution, AI-generated, raster-only or otherwise imperfect source material. Where exact font identification is impossible, we may reconstruct lettering or use the closest professionally appropriate method while preserving the appearance as accurately as reasonably possible.
11. The LogoPack Guarantee
If a professional printer, developer or production partner needs a different file format for the reconstructed logo, we’ll prepare it for you at no extra cost, subject to the limitations below.
The LogoPack Guarantee covers reasonable file-format conversion or preparation of the completed, approved LogoPack artwork. It does not include redesigning the logo; creating new logo variants or illustrations; third-party supplier fees; machine-specific embroidery digitizing; specialist production engineering beyond the agreed scope; or changes required because the customer or a third party altered the delivered artwork.
To use the guarantee, send the supplier’s technical requirement and your order information to hello@getlogopack.com. The guarantee addresses format-related requirements and does not guarantee acceptance by every supplier for every manufacturing process.
12. File Availability
We aim to retain completed project files for up to 12 months after delivery to support reasonable re-download and file-format requests. Customers should download and securely archive their LogoPack after delivery. This retention period is not a permanent cloud-storage commitment.
13. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are displayed before checkout. The final amount, applicable taxes and any Express surcharge are shown before the order is placed. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Where VAT, sales tax or another indirect tax is legally applicable, it may be added, included or otherwise handled according to the customer’s location/status and applicable law. Customers are responsible for accurate billing information.
14. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds
Because LogoPack is a customized professional service performed specifically using the customer’s supplied logo and instructions, cancellation and withdrawal rights depend on the customer’s location, consumer status and whether performance has begun.
For EU/EEA consumers, mandatory consumer law applies. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a distance service contract, LogoPack should obtain any legally required express request/consent before beginning performance during that period. Where the legal conditions are satisfied, the consumer may lose the withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed.
If an EU/EEA consumer validly withdraws after expressly requesting that performance begin during the withdrawal period but before full performance, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory statutory cancellation, conformity, remedy or refund rights. For business customers and customers without a mandatory withdrawal right, payments are generally non-refundable for custom work already performed. If we cancel because we cannot provide the agreed service, we will refund the relevant amount paid for unperformed work.
15. Rights to Uploaded Artwork
By uploading a logo, image, name, font, artwork or other material, you represent that you own it or have sufficient permission or lawful rights to provide it and instruct us to reproduce, reconstruct and prepare technical assets from it.
You grant LogoPack a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify and process submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to assess, perform, quality-check, communicate about and deliver the service.
You are responsible for trademark, copyright, licensing and other intellectual-property clearance relating to the underlying design. LogoPack does not verify or create ownership of the underlying logo merely by reconstructing it.
16. Ownership and Use of Deliverables
Upon full payment, the customer may use the final approved reconstruction deliverables for the same lawful business and branding purposes for which the underlying logo is authorized, subject to third-party rights in the original design, fonts, stock assets or other materials.
LogoPack transfers or licenses its rights in the reconstruction deliverables to the extent necessary for the customer’s intended use, but cannot transfer rights it does not own. The service does not create trademark ownership or cure infringement in the original logo.
Unless separately agreed, internal working files, drafts, rejected versions, production methods, templates and LogoPack systems/processes remain ours.
17. Fonts and Third-Party Materials
A logo may contain or resemble a commercial typeface, stock asset or other third-party material. Where a font or other third-party license is required for the customer’s own use, that license is not automatically included unless expressly stated. Converting lettering to outlines does not grant rights to separately use a proprietary font.
18. Confidentiality and Portfolio Use
We will treat non-public customer project materials with reasonable confidentiality and use them as needed to provide the service and operate our business. We will not intentionally publish an unreleased customer logo as a public portfolio/case-study item without permission or another lawful basis. Customers with confidential or unreleased projects should notify us when ordering.
19. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order information and the best available source artwork; respond reasonably promptly to necessary project questions; review delivered files and report reconstruction errors within a reasonable time; maintain their own backup; and use the service and deliverables lawfully.
20. Quality and Technical Limitations
We use professional care in reconstructing and preparing logo assets. Output quality depends partly on source material and third-party production requirements. Screen and print colors may differ because of displays, inks, substrates, profiles and production methods.
We do not guarantee commercial results, trademark registrability, legal clearance, advertising performance, manufacturing outcomes controlled by third parties or compatibility with every proprietary production system.
21. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogoPack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or opportunities, losses caused by customer-supplied infringing material, unauthorized changes to deliverables, or failures of third-party suppliers/services outside our reasonable control.
For business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a specific LogoPack order is limited to the amount actually paid to us for that order. This does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
22. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including major service outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disruptions or widespread internet/cloud failures. We will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
23. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Please contact hello@getlogopack.com first if you have a complaint. We will try to resolve legitimate service issues directly.
Consumers may have access to an applicable alternative dispute resolution body under national law. The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not referenced as an active complaint channel.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the contractual relationship are governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in a consumer’s country of habitual residence.
For business customers, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hungary unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
25. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms for future orders when the service, pricing, technology or legal requirements change. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
26. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
