LogoPack is a brand/service operated by the above company.
2. Personal Data We Process
Depending on how you use LogoPack, we may process the following categories of data:
- Identity and contact data, such as your name, email address, company name and any information you provide when contacting us.
- Order and transaction data, such as the selected service tier, price, delivery option, order status, invoice-related information and payment status. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not intended to be stored by LogoPack.
- Uploaded content, including logo images, screenshots, source artwork and other files or instructions you provide for the service. Uploaded content may contain personal data depending on what you submit.
- Project and correspondence data, including briefs, comments, revision requests, delivery communications and customer-support messages.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser/device information, approximate location, page views, sessions, referral information and interaction events collected through website technologies.
- Advertising and measurement data generated through Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel, subject to your cookie/consent choices where required by law.

4. Uploaded Logos and Project Files
Files you upload are used to assess, recreate, prepare and deliver the LogoPack service. Project files may be stored in Google Drive and may be accessed by authorized LogoPack team members or contractors who need access to perform the service.
As a standard service rule, uploaded and produced project files are retained for up to 12 months after delivery so that we can support re-downloads, corrections and file-format requests. After that period, files may be deleted unless continued storage is required for legal claims, compliance, or another lawful reason.
Please do not upload personal data that is unnecessary for the service, or sensitive personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide the logo, artwork and other materials you upload.
5. Payments – Stripe
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may process payment details, transaction information, device/security information and other data necessary to complete payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and provide its services. LogoPack does not intend to receive or store your full payment card number or card security code.
Stripe may process data internationally. Stripe states that it uses recognized international transfer mechanisms, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable and Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
6. Google Drive
LogoPack uses Google Drive for project-file storage and internal collaboration. This may include uploaded logos, reconstructed artwork, delivered LogoPack files and project-related materials. Access is limited to authorized persons who require it for the relevant project.
7. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
Subject to your consent choices where required, LogoPack uses:
- Google Analytics to understand website usage, sessions, approximate location, device/browser information and interactions.
- Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether advertising results in actions such as uploads, checkout activity or purchases.
- Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance, understand website actions and support audience/remarketing functions.
Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies should not be activated for visitors who are subject to consent requirements until the visitor has provided the relevant consent. See the Cookie Policy below.
8. Service Providers and Recipients
We may disclose personal data only as necessary to operate LogoPack, provide the service, comply with law or protect legal rights. Recipients may include:
- Stripe – payment processing and payment-related fraud/security services.
- Google – Google Drive, Google Analytics and Google Ads services.
- Meta – Meta Pixel and advertising measurement services.
- Website hosting, infrastructure and technical service providers used to operate getlogopack.com.
- Authorized designers, contractors and team members involved in assessing, reconstructing, reviewing or delivering LogoPack projects.
- Professional advisers, accountants, auditors, insurers, legal counsel and public authorities where disclosure is legally required or necessary for legal claims.
9. International Data Transfers
Because LogoPack serves customers worldwide and uses international technology providers, personal data may be processed outside Hungary and the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies, transfers to countries without an applicable adequacy decision are protected using an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful safeguard available under the GDPR. Some providers may also rely on an applicable Data Privacy Framework certification.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. Access to customer and project data is limited according to business need. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. In Hungary, the supervisory authority is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
12. Customers Outside the EEA
LogoPack is available worldwide. Depending on where you live, local privacy laws may provide additional rights. Where mandatory local law applies, we will process requests and personal data in accordance with those requirements. This Privacy Policy is not intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Children
LogoPack is a business-oriented service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children through the service.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on getlogopack.com with the date of the latest update.

This Cookie Policy explains how getlogopack.com uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with the LogoPack Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies may include pixels, tags, local storage and other identifiers. They can be used to provide essential website functions, remember choices, measure website performance and understand advertising effectiveness.

3. Google Analytics
Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state. Google documents a default expiry of up to 2 years for these GA4 cookies, although browser restrictions and the site's configuration may shorten this period. Analytics storage must follow the visitor's consent choice where consent is required.
4. Google Ads
Google Ads conversion tracking may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure whether an advertisement leads to an action on LogoPack, such as a logo upload, checkout event or purchase. Advertising cookies and identifiers must not be activated before the required marketing consent has been obtained.
5. Meta Pixel
Meta Pixel is a Meta Business Tool that can transmit information about interactions with getlogopack.com to Meta for advertising measurement, attribution and audience functions. Where consent is required, Meta Pixel and related marketing storage must remain blocked until the visitor has accepted marketing cookies.
6. Managing Your Choices
On your first visit, where required, LogoPack should display a consent banner allowing you to accept all non-essential cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or manage preferences by category. You should be able to change or withdraw your consent later through a persistent 'Cookie settings' link in the website footer.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
